Safety Manager

We are looking for a qualified Safety Manager to join our contracting company. The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment across all projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, legal requirements, and international safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Provide safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions for staff and workers.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to promote a strong safety culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in safety management within the construction/contracting sector (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent .
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills
