What You’ll Get

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead new-hire safety orientation & company-wide safety training

  • Conduct job site visits to assess safety compliance and coach field employees

  • Build strong relationships and serve as a trusted resource to our teams

  • Support employee relations and strengthen our safety culture

  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, drive solutions

  • Maintain compliance programs and documentation

  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance and evolve safety programs


Who We Are Looking For

  • 3–5 years of safety experience; construction industry preferred

  • Knowledgeable in OSHA standards & compliance

  • Strong communicator who can coach, train, and influence, not just enforce

  • Confident, approachable, and able to build trust at all levels

  • Balanced, firm when needed, understanding when appropriate

  • Organized, proactive, and self-driven

  • Comfortable speaking up and partnering across teams, including leadership and employee relations

  • Professional presence, respected and respectful
