Job Summary:

The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment at all project sites. The role ensures compliance with statutory safety norms, conducts safety training, and promotes a strong safety culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs in line with legal and company standards.

· Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety norms.

· Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; recommend corrective and preventive actions.

· Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for workers and staff.

· Ensure all contractors and workers adhere to PPE and site safety requirements.

· Maintain and update safety records, permits, and documentation.

· Coordinate with project and quality teams to integrate safety measures in planning and execution.

· Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (Factories Act, BOCW Act, Environmental norms, etc.).

· Drive continuous improvement in safety performance across projects.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of safety laws, regulations, and best practices in the real estate/construction industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for risk assessment and incident analysis.
• Proficient in safety documentation and reporting.
• Ability to handle emergency response situations effectively.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,536,711.92 per year
