Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce health & safety standards on construction sites
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
• Ensure all workers follow safety procedures and use PPE properly
• Prepare and maintain safety reports, records, and documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions
• Investigate accidents/incidents and prepare reports
• Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors regarding safety compliance
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour and safety regulations
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Maintain emergency response procedures and first aid arrangements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Safety or related field
• NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
• Minimum 4+ years of UAE construction experience preferred
• Good knowledge of UAE safety regulations and site practices
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Ability to handle safety documentation and inspections
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
