Safety Officer

Location: Aluva

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all site activity with proper safety measures
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits
• Enforce compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Organize safety training, toolbox talks, and induction programs
• Investigate incidents and report findings to management
• Maintain HSE documentation and records
• Coordinate with site engineers and contractors to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA or equivalent HSE certification
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction site safety required
• Strong knowledge of local labor and safety laws
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Aluva, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• safety officer: 3 years (Required)
