Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Safety Officer with 4years+ of experience to assist in maintaining safety standards across our project sites. The candidate should be familiar with basic HSE practices and committed to ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with safety norms on-site.

Conduct routine site inspections and identify potential hazards.

Support in organizing daily toolbox talks and safety induction sessions.

Ensure workers are using proper PPE and following safe practices.

Maintain safety records, incident logs, and audit checklists.

Report unsafe conditions or incidents to the Site Engineer / HSE Manager promptly.

Support in preparing basic incident reports and follow-ups.

Requirements:

4years+ of experience in construction or interior project safety roles.

Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

Certification in Industrial Safety or equivalent preferred.

Good communication and observation skills.

Willing to travel across project sites in India as required.
