Safety Officer

The Safety Officer shall be responsible for overseeing all health and safety aspects of the villa renovation project. He must have a thorough understanding of the risks associated with each renovation activity and proactively implement preventive measures to mitigate potential hazards. His duties include: Identifying and assessing risks involved in demolition, structural modifications, electrical works, plumbing, painting, and all other renovation-related tasks. Ensuring appropriate safety precautions and controls are in place before work begins. Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project-specific safety requirements. Enforcing the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe work practices among all site personnel. Organizing safety inductions and toolbox talks for workers and ensuring visitors are informed of safety protocols. Maintaining accurate records of safety audits, incidents, and corrective actions. Promoting a safety-first culture and maintaining a clean, hazard-free environment for all workers, contractors, and visitors on site. The Safety Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe and secure work environment throughout the duration of the renovation project.
