About the Role:
ROTA International is seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer to join our team in Doha. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment, maintaining compliance with safety standards, and supporting operations across our entertainment and leisure facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Deliver safety orientations and toolbox talks to staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of safety records and activities
• Coordinate with management to implement corrective and preventive actions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer (preferably in entertainment, events, or construction)
• NEBOSH or equivalent safety certification required
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be currently based in Qatar with a valid QID
• Ability to work flexible hours if required
