Safety Officer

Compliance and Policy

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (including JAFZA/Trakhees, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense etc.…).

• Monitor and enforce HSE regulations and standards.

• Review and analyze HSE-related regulations and best practices.

Audits, Risk, and Hazard Management

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities and processes.

• Identify hazards, risks, and non-compliance issues.

• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits of subcontractors/vendors.

• Analyze HSE data and trends to develop improvement recommendations.

Incident and Emergency Response

• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses.

• Prepare reports documenting root causes and corrective actions.

• Participate in emergency response planning and drills.

• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities.

Training and Culture

• Coordinate and conduct HSE training and education programs (hazard recognition, risk mitigation).

• Promote a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.

• Provide technical expertise and guidance on HSE matters.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all HSE activities, inspections, and incidents.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
