Safety Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Risk & Hazard Management: Conduct audits, risk assessments, and inspections to find potential dangers and non-compliance.
• Policy & Procedure: Develop, implement, and enforce safety programs, rules, and emergency response plans.
• Training & Culture: Train employees and contractors on safety protocols, PPE use, and promote a proactive safety mindset.
• Incident Response: Investigate accidents/near-misses to find root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure adherence to OSHA/local standards, maintain safety records, and generate reports.
• Design Integration: Work with engineering teams to design safe workspaces and equipment, reviewing designs for safety.
• Project-Specific Tasks: Manage safety for contractors, perform site-specific audits (electrical, scaffolding), and manage site safety supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
