Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor workplace activities to ensure compliance with safety protocols and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
- Develop and enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; compile reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
- Maintain and update safety documentation, reports, and records.
- Ensure availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with management and employees to improve overall safety performance.
- Participate in emergency response planning and drills.
- Liaise with external agencies (e.g., fire department, labor inspectors) as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- NEBOSH / OSHA certification or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum of 4–5 years of relevant experience in a safety-related role.
- Strong knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and safety management software.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
Working Conditions:
- May involve working in high-risk environments (e.g., construction sites, factories).
- Use of protective clothing and equipment may be required.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours or respond to emergencies.

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
