Safety Officer

• Implement and monitor the company’s HSE policies and procedures
• Conduct daily site inspections and prepare safety reports
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to workers
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, local authority requirements, and client HSE standards
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and follow up on preventive measures
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety matters

Requirements:

NEBOSH Qualified safety professionals with a minimum of 5 years of experience (2 years of which preferably in the Middle East) with construction contracting companies in Civil Works relating to high-rise Buildings, power and desalination plants, with ability to generate reports.

Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations

• Good communication and reporting skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

• NEBOSH certificate must (Preferred)
