Key duties include conducting safety inspections, identifying hazards, conducting training sessions, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The Safety Officer also investigates incidents, prepares reports, and collaborates with management to promote a culture of safety across the organization. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to risk management are essential.
