Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Officer with an ADIS certification and hands-on experience in data center environments. The candidate will be responsible for implementing safety protocols, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety at project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to safety procedures during all project activities, especially within data center environments.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Prepare and maintain safety documentation, incident reports, and inspection records.
• Investigate and report on all incidents/accidents, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
• Deliver safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions to workers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure safety integration in project execution.
• Ensure proper use of PPE, safety signage, and emergency equipment.
• Maintain compliance with fire safety, electrical safety, and EHS protocols specifically relevant to data centers.
• Liaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies for inspections and certifications.

Requirements:

• ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in safety roles, with at least 1–2 years in data center or MEP-intensive environments.
• Strong knowledge of national safety standards, OSHA, IS codes, and applicable local regulations.
• Familiarity with electrical safety, fire prevention systems, and confined space procedures.
• Good communication skills in English and local language.
• Proficient in safety reporting tools and MS Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

• NEBOSH or equivalent international safety certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience working with large contractors or MNCs in data center projects.
• First-aid certification or emergency response training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
