Role Summary
Emirates Logistics LLC is hiring a proactive and experienced Safety Officer to oversee Health and Safety operations across our logistics facility in Dubai. This position is ideal for candidates with NEBOSH/IOSH certification and a passion for maintaining safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse and transportation environments. The role includes live-out and food allowances, making it suitable for those residing off-site.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and enforce Health & Safety (H&S) procedures within the logistics facility
* Conduct daily inspections to identify hazards and coordinate corrective actions
* Ensure workers wear appropriate PPE and follow site safety protocols
* Prepare and maintain H&S checklists, incident reports, and audit records
* Support emergency preparedness by leading evacuation drills and maintaining exit routes
* Oversee and replenish first aid kits, and provide basic first aid when required
* Collaborate with supervisors to uphold discipline and a strong safety culture
* Conduct safety inductions and periodic training sessions for all staff
* Supervise high-risk tasks and recommend improvements in waste management and hygiene

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in a related field
* NEBOSH or IOSH certification is mandatory
* Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a similar HSE role
* Physically fit and alert with strong observation skills
* Effective communicator with people management and MS Office proficiency
* A team player with a proactive and safety-first mindset
