Safety Senior Manager (Active CPT)

At SunExpress , safety is at the heart of everything we do. To further strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Captain (active line flying) who will take on the role of Safety Senior Manager .

This position reports directly to the Safety Management System Senior Manager (Form-4 Holder) , supporting the accountable manager and playing a key role in implementing and maintaining our Safety Management System.

🔑 What you will do

• Lead the implementation, development, and continuous improvement of the Safety Management System .
• Oversee hazard identification, risk management, fatigue risk management, and safety performance monitoring.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our Flight Data Monitoring Program and coordinate across operational teams.
• Provide independent safety advice to the senior management, and the Accountable Manager.
• Promote an open, just, and proactive safety culture across the organization.

👤 What we are looking for

• Active Captain (Line Flying required) with a strong operational background.
• Minimum of 5 years’ civil aviation experience, with at least 2 years in safety management
• Strong knowledge of ICAO standards, EASA/DGCA regulatory requirements, and safety management principles, with expertise in risk management, safety investigation techniques, and human factors.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, data management, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
