Position: Steward – SafetyJob Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Steward – Safety to join our project team at Vapi location. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Safety Officer in implementing and maintaining safety standards across the site, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and promoting a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Safety Officer in day-to-day site safety activities.

- Monitor compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Conduct routine inspections of site premises and report unsafe conditions.

- Ensure workers are following proper safety practices, including use of PPE.

Experience: 1–3 years

Salary: ₹25,000 per month + Bachelor accommodation

- Assist in conducting safety inductions and toolbox talks for workers.

- Maintain safety records, documentation, and incident reports.

- Support emergency preparedness and response activities.

- Report any near misses, unsafe acts, or incidents immediately.

-Candidate must have experience in infrastructure like NHAI, Highway, Bridge, Road.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred.

- Certification in safety (if any) will be an added advantage.

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction site safety monitoring.

- Knowledge of safety standards, statutory requirements, and use of PPE.

- Good communication and observation skills.

Salary Range:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and qualification).
