Safety Supervisor

· Supervision in accident preventions

· Compliance external or internal EHS audit if any.

· Prepare and drive Safety calendar as per standard IMS setup.

· Prepare and drive HIRAC (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Control) for construction activities.

· Monitoring onsite workers accommodation facilities like housing facility, Drinking water, Bathing facility, Waste dis [posal, Lavatory facility etc.

· Monitoring on relevant legal requirements like BOCW act 1996, FA 1948 etc.

· Monitoring and compliance workers health record like Doctor visit register, Workers fitness, BMC health card etc.

· Motoring on IGBC, MPCB requirement.

· Educating and guiding all the employees on basic site HSE rules and regulations

· Following PTW (Permit to work system) and LOTO (Lock out and Tag out)

· Monitoring Tool Box for the work force on different safety issues.

· Monitoring of Heavy lifting operations.

· Carry out inspection on the construction site and advise on various HSE issue to the construction team.

· Conduction investigations on any Accident / Incident.

· Preparation of monthly report for safety records.
