Safety Supervisor

We are looking for a proactive and qualified Safety Supervisor to oversee all safety operations at our project sites across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure strict compliance with UAE HSE laws, company policies, and international safety standards, while promoting a strong safety culture among the workforce.

• Supervise daily site operations to ensure adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for workers and subcontractors.
• Perform regular site inspections and audits; report unsafe acts and conditions.
• Monitor proper use of PPE and compliance with safety protocols.
• Prepare incident/accident reports and assist in investigations.
• Coordinate emergency drills and ensure readiness for any incidents.
• Maintain safety documentation including risk assessments, MSDS, PTWs, etc.
• Liaise with local authorities (e.g., Civil Defense, Municipality) when required.
• Assist in preparing and updating HSE reports and KPIs.
• Guide and mentor workers to build a strong safety-first mindset.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or equivalent field.
• NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
• OSHA, IOSH, First Aid, or Fire Safety certifications (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Safety Supervisor in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and safety regulations.
• Experience in high-risk sectors like construction, oil & gas, or logistics.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
• Ability to handle pressure and take fast decisions in emergency situations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
