Sage X3 ERP Functional Consultant

Requirements:

• CA Inter or Masters in Finance, Accounting
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Sage X3 ERP
• Strong understanding of finance and supply chain accounting processes
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Design & Configure financial and supply chain reports
• Assist in preparation of management and statutory reports
• Maintain functional documentation and SOPs
• Support audit, compliance, and data validation activities through accurate and consistent reporting

Responsibilities:

• Strong understanding of financial accounting concepts and ERP finance workflows
• Working knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing accounting
• Familiarity with Sage X3 functional architecture, workflows, and reporting tools
• Assist in ERP implementation lifecycle activities
• Configure and support GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cost Accounting
• Configure and support Inventory Control, Sales & Purchase Modules
• Assist with the chart of accounts and financial dimensions
• Support data migration, testing, and UAT
• Provide functional support and troubleshooting
• Support period-end closing, reconciliations, and posting controls
• Basic understanding of integrations between Sage X3 and third-party systems (e.g., Payroll, BI, Manufacturing)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs230,000.00 - Rs240,000.00 per month
