Role:
The intern will provide support to the Finance Department in daily operations, assisting with accounting processes, invoice management, and accounts payable tasks.

This internship position is exclusively within the Finance Department. The intern will not rotate to other departments during the program. The duration of the internship program is 1 year .

Key responsibilities:
Assist the finance team with daily accounting and reporting tasks,
Support invoice preparation, filing, and follow-up processes,
Assist in accounts payable (AP) operations, including vendor payments and reconciliations,
Help in the preparation of financial documentation and data entry,
Contribute to month-end closing activities,
Support audits and internal control processes by preparing necessary documents,
Perform other ad-hoc finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Who are the young talents:
Undergraduate students in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field in their 3rd and 4th years,
Able to work a minimum of 3 days a week; additional participation is a plus,
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills,
Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel,
Have excellent written and verbal skills in English,
Willing to take a proactive approach to teamwork.
