We are seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to join our team and support the analysis, integration, and implementation of IAM toolsets into the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in the Identity & Access Governance (IAG) domain, including hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in integrating, configuring, and implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Strong experience in configuring applications, rules, workflows, custom tasks, and connectors
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, and MySQL
• Hands-on experience with directory services including LDAP and Active Directory
• Experience in application onboarding and migration activities
• Expertise in integrating SailPoint with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow for manual fulfillment and access requests
• Ability to develop custom reports for audit, controls, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, and SQL
• Experience with web technologies including XML, SPML/SOAP, HTML, and application/web servers
• Familiarity with source code management tools such as GitHub and deployment processes
• Experience working in globally distributed programs and cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems including ServiceNow, Active Directory, LDAP, PAM, and other business applications
• Deliver IAG processes such as Recertification, Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML), Access Requests, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and RBAC
• Configure and onboard applications using out-of-the-box, Web Service, JDBC, RACF/ACF2, and custom connectors
• Develop and maintain supporting rules including application, correlation, and identity mapping rules
• Build lifecycle event triggers and business workflows based on organizational requirements
• Develop reports, dashboards, and audit capabilities
• Demonstrate product capabilities and provide technical guidance to stakeholders
• Support post-implementation activities including testing, debugging, maintenance, and user support
