SailPoint IAM Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SailPoint IAM Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing and managing identity governance and privileged access solutions across hybrid and on-premises environments. This role is critical in strengthening our enterprise security posture and ensuring compliance with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, with a strong focus on BeyondTrust integration and governance.
• Conduct assessments of account configurations and directory structures within Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID to ensure alignment with security best practices.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, process workflows, and operational procedures.
• Participate in strategic IAM roadmap planning and solution design reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions into business processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IAM, with at least 2 years implementing SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Proven experience with BeyondTrust PAM, including federated SSO and group-based access control.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Entra ID, and hybrid identity architectures.
• Experience with OAuth, REST APIs, and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation is a plus.
• Familiarity with hybrid identity solutions and Zero Trust principles.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer (CIIE)
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month
