Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of salads using fresh ingredients, following established recipes and presentation standards.
• Assist in food handling and safety practices to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
• Support meal preparation by chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients efficiently.
• Maintain organization of ingredients and supplies to streamline kitchen operations.
• Follow all food safety regulations during food handling, storage, and serving processes.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and ensure timely dish delivery.

Experience

• Experience working in food service, restaurant, or catering environments is highly valued.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques such as knife skills, food preparation, and cooking methods.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including food presentation and serving practices.
