Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with dealers and distributors for order booking, delivery schedules, and payments.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and promotional offers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, dispatches, and stock levels.
  • Communicate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Handle dealer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Support sales reporting, data analysis, and target tracking.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or dealer management within FMCG.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
