The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling heavy equipment and rental services, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with customers in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, and industrial sectors. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, increasing market share, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for heavy equipment sales and rental services.
  • Promote a range of equipment such as excavators, loaders, cranes, forklifts, generators, and other machinery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and industrial clients.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and equipment rental proposals.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate prices, rental terms, and close deals to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
  • Coordinate with the operations and maintenance teams to ensure timely equipment delivery and service.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support business growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, client records, and CRM entries.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction with rental and service operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–4 years of sales experience in heavy equipment, machinery rental, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment types, specifications, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical equipment details and explain them to clients.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
