Job Description – Sales Executive Position: Sales Executive Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate Experience: 0–2 years of field sales experience (preferred) Location: Multiple Locations Ambala kurukshetra , yamunanagr , karnal What You Have To Do • Be approachable, confident, and communicative while interacting with clients. • Clearly explain and represent “Brand In India” products and services to customers. • Build and maintain long-term trust-based relationships with clients through active listening and convincing presentations. • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions with professionalism. • Actively visit potential customers in the field and generate new leads. • Ensure that every customer interaction reflects the brand’s values and credibility. • Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitor activity with the sales team. • Maintain a positive, energetic, and target-oriented approach in all sales activities. Key Responsibilities • Achieve sales targets assigned by the company. • Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations. • Prepare and update sales records while maintaining customer databases. • Submit reports to the Sales Coordinator / Team Lead regularly. • Collaborate with team members for business growth opportunities. • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and field visits. Requirements • Minimum qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate. • 0–2 years of field sales experience (preferred). • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills. • Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. • Candidates must have their own two-wheeler and mobile phone. • Must be willing to travel for sales meetings and field visits. • Basic knowledge of laptops, tablets, and Microsoft Excel. Compensation & Benefits • Incentives: Performance-based, linked to achievement of sales targets.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
