Position: Sales Executive – ACA Campaign
Location:Main Peshawar Road, Rawalpindi

Shift: Night (6:30 PM – 4:00 AM, On-site)

Position Overview

Amigos BPO is actively seeking Sales Executives for our ACA Campaign. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who are eager to build a rewarding career in the U.S. healthcare sales domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to U.S. customers regarding ACA health insurance plans.
• Accurately assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Effectively communicate plan benefits, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Ensure compliance with ACA guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records within the CRM system.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales and performance targets.

Candidate Profile

• Proficiency in English with a clear, confident (English fluency preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a target-driven environment.
• Prior call center or sales experience preferred; ACA campaign experience is highly advantageous.
• Availability to work night shifts aligned with U.S. hours.
