Job Title: Sales Executive (Female)

Location: DHA Phase 4 Lahore. (Showroom-based)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Female Sales Executive to join our ceramic and tile showroom. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting suitable products, provide product knowledge, and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ceramic and tile products
• Explain product features, sizes, designs, finishes, and pricing
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers
• Maintain showroom displays and ensure products are well presented
• Coordinate with the backend team for order processing and delivery schedules
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom revenue
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
• Maintain records of sales, inquiries, and customer feedback

Requirements & Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in ceramic, tiles, sanitary ware, or building materials sales (showroom experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and billing software
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of tile sizes, finishes, applications, and brands
• Sales negotiation and closing skills
• Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
