Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Cairo. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with proven business development expertise, driving revenue growth while managing customer and reseller relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
- Set clear performance targets and monitor results.
- Inspire and coach the team to consistently exceed expectations.
- Sales Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Analyze sales data to forecast trends and optimize performance.
- Customer & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and resellers.
- Manage reseller networks to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers and partners.
- Market Representation
- Present company solutions to customers in a professional manner.
- Represent Veipex at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Strengthen brand presence and identify new partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing customer accounts and reseller networks.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Fluency in Arabic and experience in the MENA region is an advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Background in VoIP, PBX, or enterprise software solutions sales.
- Advanced certifications in sales or leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
