Job Overview

The Sales Executive will handle site visits, client meetings, follow-ups, and conversions for our premium villa and plot projects.The ideal candidate must be confident, self-motivated, and passionate about real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate and manage leads through calls, visits, and referrals.

· Conduct site visits with clients and explain project features clearly.

· Maintain a strong follow-up system to convert leads into confirmed sales.

· Build and sustain relationships with customers and channel partners.

· Update and manage leads in CRM and prepare weekly sales reports.

· Coordinate with digital marketing and telecalling teams for lead tracking.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

· Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.

· 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate / Construction / Direct Sales.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in Tamil and English.

· Good convincing ability and client-handling confidence.

· Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.

· Male candidates only (preferred for field visits).
