Sale Executive (onsite)

Role Purpose
The Senior Sales Representative is responsible for acquiring new trucking clients for the dispatching service.
This role focuses on speaking with owner-operators and small motor carriers, explaining the company’s dispatching services, answering questions, addressing concerns, and converting qualified prospects into dispatch clients.
In a structured sales team setup, the Senior Sales Representative may also guide junior sales representatives, assist with more complex sales conversations, and help improve the overall effectiveness of the sales process.
Time: 5pm to 2 am
Requirements
 Strong spoken English with clear and confident communication
 Ability to speak comfortably with U.S.-based truck owners and small carrier companies
 Prior sales or business development experience
 Ability to explain services clearly and handle common objections
 Professional phone communication and confidence during sales conversations Preferred Background
 Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition
 Experience working with U.S. customers or international clients
 Familiarity with the trucking or logistics industry is helpful but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
