Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to grow our B2B customer base across Bahrain. You will visit clients directly, build lasting business relationships, and drive revenue by selling our products to wholesalers, distributors, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit existing and potential B2B clients in the field daily (wholesalers, distributors, retailers)
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close orders
  • Report daily sales activity, visits, and pipeline updates to management
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure on-time delivery and resolve client issues
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, and share insights with the team

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of B2B or outdoor sales experience (FMCG, industrial, or manufacturing preferred)
  • Valid Bahraini driving licence and own vehicle (or company vehicle provided)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and/or English
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field
  • Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Excel or CRM tools)
  • Knowledge of the local Bahrain market and existing distributor/retailer network is a plus
