Job Vacancy: Sales Manager – Building Material Industry (UAE)

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the UAE construction industry.

Experience Required:

• 7–8 years of relevant sales experience in the UAE construction market

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers

• Identify new market opportunities and oversee key accounts

• Manage tenders, proposals, pricing, and contract negotiations

• Analyze market trends and prepare sales forecasts and reports

Requirements:

• 7–8 years of UAE experience in construction sales

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

• In-depth knowledge of construction projects, materials, or contracting services

• Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets

• Valid UAE driving license preferred

• Can join immediately
