Job Title: Sales Manager real state

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager FEMALE ONLY to join our property team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets for our property portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, brilliant in communications, have excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Set clear sales objectives and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure targets are met.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to maximize productivity and morale.
  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Cold Calling & Lead Calling experience
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and property tours to showcase available listings and negotiate deals.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor sales metrics, including leads generated, conversions, and revenue, to track performance against targets.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all sales transactions.
  • Oversee the preparation and execution of sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales.
  • Cold Calling & Lead Calling experience
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legal regulations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
