Job Title: Sales Manager real state
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager FEMALE ONLY to join our property team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets for our property portfolio. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, brilliant in communications, have excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Set clear sales objectives and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to maximize productivity and morale.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Cold Calling & Lead Calling experience
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular client meetings and property tours to showcase available listings and negotiate deals.
- Sales Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor sales metrics, including leads generated, conversions, and revenue, to track performance against targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
- Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure sales objectives are met or exceeded.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in all sales transactions.
- Oversee the preparation and execution of sales contracts, agreements, and other documentation accurately and efficiently.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in real estate sales.
- Cold Calling & Lead Calling experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
