Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new leads.
• Promote and sell products/services to new and existing customers.
• Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain positive business relationships with clients to ensure future sales.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotion is a plus.
• Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Depending on experience and performance)
