Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales reports.
  • Implement promotional activities to increase footfall and sales.

2. Branch Operations

  • Ensure the outlet opens and closes on time.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and merchandising standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with warehouse for replenishment.
  • Handle cash management and ensure daily cash reconciliation.

3. Customer Service

  • Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Build strong customer relationships to increase repeat business.

4. Staff Management

  • Supervise staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
  • Prepare weekly duty roster and ensure proper shift coverage.
  • Conduct staff training and motivate team to meet sales goals.

5. Administration & Compliance

  • Ensure all company policies are implemented at branch level.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and reporting as required.
  • Ensure safety, security, and preventive maintenance of the branch.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresher
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
