We're hiring for a Sales Development Representative (Calling Agent) - Lahore

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 6 months of experience as a calling agent who have strong communication skills and are eager to build a career in sales.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, introducing our services, and setting up qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B).
• Introduce company services and qualify leads.
• Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM.
• Meet daily and weekly calling/lead generation targets.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or up to 6 months of experience in telemarketing/calling.
• Fluent in English (speaking and listening).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
