Job Description:
We, Magna Tyres, are seeking a fresher/graduate Sales Coordinator with at least 1-2 years of experience for our Ras Al Khaimah office. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing customer interactions, and ensuring smooth coordination of sales operations.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Interaction:

• Attend to all online enquiries, respond with company profiles, and gather customer and operational information. Follow up calls to convert enquiries into business.
• Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing sales documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Submit a biweekly report to management on business follow-up activities.
• Maintain all Customer Information Files.
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales quotations.
• Provide general customer support in the absence of the sales team.
• Maintain marketing materials to support customers and the sales team.
• Prepare sales follow-up reports with customer details in Excel and maintain them regularly.
• Prepare quotation follow-up reports in Excel and update weekly.
• Update customer data files and coordinate with the marketing team for newsletter publications.
• Maintain files and data related to warranty claims submitted by the sales team.

Requirements:

• Fresher/Graduate with 1–2 years of experience preferred.
• Preferred qualifications: Engineering (Mechanical) or Automobile-related.
• Candidates with B.Com, PG, or MBA degrees are also welcome.
• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced sales environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

• Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
