Job Description: Sales Executive - Specialized Roofing (2 Years Experience)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B sales success, an understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to effectively communicate the technical and value propositions of specialized roofing systems to clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory, focusing on industrial facilities, warehouses, commercial buildings, and infrastructure projects.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, project managers, and procurement teams.
- Technical Sales: Present and articulate the features, benefits, and technical specifications of our specialized roofing products (e.g., metal roofing, standing seam systems, composite panels, specialized coatings).
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and initial contact to final negotiation, contract closure, and handoff to the execution team.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new project developments to strategically position Comglobal’s offerings.
- Quotation & Proposal: Prepare detailed, accurate, and professional sales proposals and quotations in collaboration with the technical and estimation teams.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrated successful experience in B2B sales, selling a technical product or service. Experience in the construction, building materials, roofing, or allied industrial sectors is highly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical preferred), Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex product specifications.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region/territory.
- Qualities: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, professional, and ethical.
