Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Prospecting, lead generation, client meetings (on-site & showroom), closing deals, managing sales pipeline.
- Technical Consultation: Understanding customer needs, demonstrating printer capabilities, providing tailored 3D printing solutions, explaining software/materials.
- Customer Relationship Management: Building strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring pre- and post-sales support.
- Strategy & Reporting: Developing sales plans, tracking metrics, achieving targets, staying updated on industry trends.
- Team Leadership (Manager Roles): Coaching, mentoring, and managing a sales team to boost performance.
- Industry Presence: Representing the company at trade shows and events.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Proven sales track record, ideally in 3D printing or tech industry.
- Technical Acumen: Strong knowledge of 3D printing tech (prototyping to production), software, materials, and applications.
- Sales Skills: Negotiation, presentation, communication (written/verbal), CRM proficiency, consultative selling.
- Personal Attributes: Problem-solving, leadership (managerial), customer focus, self-motivation, good driving record (often required).
