We are looking for "Sales Accommodation Manager" will be responsible for;
Main Duties

Identifies new travel trade & corporate business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.

Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.

Develop positive relationships with clients

Generate and maintain customers of the Travel Trade and Corporate segment through various sales activities like face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, etc.

Closes the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.

Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets
-
Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs

Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
-
Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner

Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase

Prepares weekly report about the accounts and their production.

Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)

Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

Efficient and friendly support to other Team Members in the other departments

Requirements/ Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant role(s)

Excellent analytical skills and confidence in manipulating data in Excel and other tools

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Proven experience in Sales Management within the accommodation or hospitality industry

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
-
In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
