Burq is a fast-growing US-based last-mile delivery and technology platform helping small and medium businesses scale through efficient delivery solutions. We are expanding our sales team in Lahore and are looking for smart, energetic, and articulate professionals to join us.


Position: Sales Account Executive

We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent verbal and written English communication skills , strong analytical ability, and a passion for generating pipeline and supporting revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Sales Outreach: Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and personalized outreach to prospective clients to qualify leads and schedule meetings.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and virtual meetings to showcase Burq’s solutions to prospects, demonstrating value and overcoming objections.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new prospects, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to align on goals, strategies, and product offerings.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions within CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal + written).
  • Confidence, clarity, and persuasion on the phone.
  • Ability to manage objections and maintain professional follow-through.
  • Experience in call centers or outbound sales is a strong plus .
  • Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in US hours.
  • Ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
