Job Title: Account Manager - Sales Representative

Job Summary: The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
•Proactively generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
•Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth with potential clients.
•Gain in-depth knowledge of ICRA's rating services (training provided) to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
•Conduct persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospects, showcasing the value of our credit rating services.
•Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts to close sales and achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
•Track and report on sales activities, results, and forecasts to ensure accurate and timely sales performance monitoring.
•Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential customers, and competitive insights.
•Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
•Provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.
•Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company developments through ongoing training, meetings, and discussions.
Qualifications:
•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales, finance, or relevant industry programs will be an advantage.
•Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the financial services or credit rating industry. A solid track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth is essential.

Job Type: Full-time
