Role Description

We are seeking a  Sales Account Manager  to join our team in  Jeddah, Saudi Arabia . This is a  full-time, on-site role .

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, generating new leads, and managing accounts. A key part of this role is to  develop and implement clear sales and account management plans  to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Manage accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Develop and execute  sales and account management plans  aligned with company goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional services tailored to client needs.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and achieve/exceed sales targets.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in  sales and account management  (preferably in events, advertising, or marketing).
  • Strong skills in  customer service, communication, and relationship-building .
  • Experience in  lead generation  and managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong  problem-solving  and  organizational  abilities.
  • Proficiency in  CRM software  and  Microsoft Office Suite .
  • Bachelor’s degree in  Business, Marketing, or a related field .
