Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for our sustainable product range.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
✅ Identify and acquire new business clients, fostering long-term relationships
✅ Understand customer needs and recommend suitable eco-friendly products
✅ Manage existing accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
✅ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives
✅ Stay updated on market trends and competitors in the sustainability industry
✅ Conduct market research to identify trends and business expansion opportunities
✅ Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in sustainability, FMCG, or related industries)
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proactive mindset: Ability to work independently and drive results
