Sales Account Manager

About noon:

noon is the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

As a Sales Account Manager within the noon Ads team, you will play a key role in driving advertising revenue across noon’s ecosystem by connecting brands, sellers, and agencies with millions of customers. You will lead efforts to grow our advertising partnerships, develop high-impact media strategies, and collaborate across product, marketing, and data teams to bring results-driven campaigns to life. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of building the region’s leading retail media network.


What you’ll do:

  • Drive advertising revenue across noon’s platform by identifying and closing new partnerships with brands, sellers, and media agencies.
  • Manage a portfolio of advertisers, ensuring successful campaign execution and driving retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and category teams to create impactful campaigns and sponsored placements.
  • Build tailored media plans and proposals based on customer insights and brand objectives.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations to maximize ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, digital ad formats, and competitive offerings.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets.


Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in digital advertising sales, ideally within e-commerce, marketplaces, or digital media.
  • Strong understanding of retail media, native and display advertising, and CPC/CPM pricing models.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive insights.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with media agencies and brand marketers in KSA.
  • Exposure to programmatic advertising and self-serve ad platforms.
  • Existing network of brand and agency contacts within the region.
