Job Overview


In your position as a Sales Account Manager at Seena Pay, you would be a crucial player in accelerating business development through the management and nurturing of our merchants network. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers while ensuring they receive great customer support.


Job Description

  • Develop and nurture relationships with current merchants.
  • Upsell Seena Pay's products to our customer base.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a seamless after sales experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is a minimum.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or account management (preferably in fintech, payments, or SaaS).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Fluency in English.
