Job Summary

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, leading sales teams, and strengthening relationships with bank partners. This role plays a key part in expanding the company’s market presence and achieving sales targets.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve bancassurance business growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to maximize collaboration and sales opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and manage sales teams to deliver performance targets and ensure operational excellence.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct comprehensive product knowledge training for bank staff to enhance sales capabilities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and market analysis to senior leadership.
  • Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities across product lines.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with internal policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support business development initiatives to expand distribution channels and customer reach.



Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Manager in the Bancassurance field.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong understanding of bancassurance operations, products, and sales processes.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams to exceed performance targets.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
