Job Summary:

The Sales Account Manager will be in charge of driving sales activities for the company’s IT services in Saudi Arabia. This role involves engaging with clients, particularly in the public sector, leveraging experience with the Etimad government bidding platform , and utilizing strong knowledge of IT solutions and services. The ideal candidate should have a background in IT, a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT services sales, and a strong understanding of market trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue business opportunities within the public sector and private enterprises in Saudi Arabia.
  2. Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, particularly within government entities.
  4. Manage and navigate the Etimad platform , ensuring compliance with government bidding processes and guidelines.
  5. Present, promote, and sell IT solutions, tailored to the needs of clients.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  7. Keep updated on IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape within the Kingdom.
  8. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to senior management.


Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of IT services, including software solutions, infrastructure, and consulting.
  • Expertise in working with public sector clients and familiarity with government procurement processes.
  • Proficiency in using the Etimad platform for bidding and tender management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales-related software tools.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor laws for compliance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (mandatory).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT services sales, preferably within Saudi Arabia
  • Demonstrated experience working with government clients and bidding platforms, especially Etimad .
  • Saudi nationality is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Valid residency (Iqama) for non-Saudi candidates, with eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia.
  • Female candidates are highly preferred.


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position onsite, with flexibility for travel within Saudi Arabia provinces.
  • Office-based with frequent client site visits and participation in industry events and meetings.
